Aaban Enterprises Co., WNC. & affiliates via their Community ReDevelopment
Area (CRA) Programs plan to hire 2,000 Ex-cons, Felons, Parolees,
Probationers, Welfare Recipients, in the next few years.
For this Aaban will receive over $30 million in Tax Credits. From this, Aaban
will set up a $5,000,000 ($5 million) Endowment Fund to further implement
this pilot program on a National scale. Aaban plans to work closely with the
above, who will implement this program in conjunction with other groups
& churches.
